1984
Osborne Engineering first established specialising in the manufacture and refurbishment of bearings and rotating equipment parts.
1997
Due to continued growth, OEL moves to a new larger facility in Cramlington, UK. With this move, OEL further enhanced its manufacturing capabilities to cope with all types of customer requirements.
2001
OEL opened a new facility in Jebel Ali U.A.E., housing the facilities to manufacture and repair all types of components as OEL UK. Since then, OE LLC has been of great support to the Middle-Eastern Market.
2004
OEL moves to its current facility, housing a much larger factory. This move enhanced its facilities further and the creation of a state of the art engineering department.
OEL acquired Turbo Power Services (TPS, www.turbopowerservices.com), enhancing its gas turbine and fuel system product portfolio.
2005
OEL design's the first of its Equalised, JPU & J, B, E Style bearing range.
2007
The creation of Osborne Training Services (OTS, www.osbornetrainingservices.com). Enhancing and expanding the delivery of OEL's training services. OTS delivers training excellence to the oil, gas, petrochemical and power generation industries.
2008
OEL opened its new facility in Wroclaw, Poland. This new facility provides dedicated support to the Eastern European market, providing the same products and expertise as OEL's branches in Dubai and the UK.
OEL designs and manufactures its first Vertical Bearing range (OEV Range). OEL won tenders for refurbishment and manufacture of OEV bearings from major companies like Weir Engineering Services, Flowserve Spain S.A. & Termomeccanica Italy.
